Mr. Jim Gouk: I understood that the Greater Vancouver Gateway Council had expressed concerns about the volume of traffic it's getting in total between freight and commuter rail, that it's restricting the potential for growth in the port of Vancouver, and if indeed there is any capacity for growth, it's very limited.
