In that regard, it must be held that, contrary to what the applicant claims, even though it is not an advertisement, it constitutes promotional material which relates to the applicant and was published in a fashion magazine which serves to present its goods to the public.
À cet égard, il convient de considérer que, contrairement à ce que prétend la requérante, même s’il ne s’agit pas d’une annonce, il constitue du matériel promotionnel la concernant et publié dans un magazine de mode, qui lui permet de présenter au public ses produits.
