14. Recalls the agreement of the participating States, adopted in Cracow in 1991, to preserve and protect those monuments and sites of remembrance, including most notably extermination camps, and the related archives, which are themselves testimonials to tragic experiences in their common past;

Rappelle que les États participants ont conclu à Cracovie en 1991 un accord en vue de préserver et de protéger les monuments et les lieux de mémoire, y compris tout particulièrement les camps d'extermination et les archives y afférentes, qui témoignent par eux-mêmes des expériences tragiques ayant jalonné leur passé commun;
