As regards the comparison made by ABI with the remuneration obtained by CDP on its funds deposited with the State (a floating six-month rate equal to the simple arithmetic mean of the yield on six-month ordinary Treasury bills and the monthly Rendistato index), Italy contends that CDP cannot be compared to PI, being a different company in term of structure, business, objectives, operations, organisation and investment policies.
Concernant la comparaison effectuée par l’ABI avec la rémunération des liquidités de la CDP placées auprès du Trésor (à un taux variable semestriel équivalent à la moyenne arithmétique simple entre le rendement des BOT à six mois et de l’indice mensuel Rendistato), l’Italie observe qu’on ne saurait comparer PI à la CDP, deux sociétés différentes en termes de structure, d’activité spécifique, d’objectif commercial, de mode de fonctionnement, d’organisation et de politiques d’investissement.
