This creates a unique opportunity in the context of Bill-279, our transgender rights bill, and that is if we could hurry up the process, given that it has already had full debate once right up to third reading, and vote to pass this bill prior to the end of the Olympics, we could send a very powerful message to the international community and to Russia on the importance of human rights, people's rights and transgendered sexual orientation rights.
