Looked at from that angle, we must warmly thank our rapporteur, Mrs Sommer, for, at an early stage – which was the right one – steering the committee’s discussions in the direction that we need, concentrating on the need to guarantee interoperability, above all, too, on making things simpler for the user, and on ensuring that the system can work.
Vu sous cet angle, nous devons remercier sincèrement notre rapporteur, Mme? Sommer, pour avoir mené ? un stade précoce? - qui s’est avéré le bon? - les discussions au sein de la commission dans la direction nécessaire, en se concentrant sur le besoin de garantir aussi et surtout l’interopérabilité, de rendre les choses plus simples pour les utilisateurs et de veiller ? ce que le système puisse fonctionner.
