universitaires, de programmes visant à mieux fair ...[+++]e connaître la CEE et octroi d'une aide initiale à la création du "Business Council" CEE-Turquie (3,6 millions d'écus); - implantation, à Istanbul, d'un centre régional de formation aux activités des collectivités locales s'adressant aux pays de l'est de la Méditerranée et du Moyen-Orient (1,4 millions d'écus); - réalisation d'actions de lutte contre la pollution de l'environnement (2,8 millions d'écus); - amélioration des services de soins de santé (5,8 millions d'écus); - formation professionnelle au tourisme et aux activités de la mine (5,4 millions d'écus). Des conventions de financement ont été signées pour tous ces programmes, à l'exception du dernier cité.
