Draws attention, in this connection, to the innovative experiment of the Territorial Employment Pacts which may serve as a testing ground for a new concept of broad-based partnership which is capable of involving the whole of society in a given area in the fight against unemployment, an experiment which will influence the way in which future structural employment policies are implemented; also considers it important to promote local employment initiatives and make them more widespread;
10. attire l'attention, à cet égard, sur l'expérience novatrice des pactes territoriaux pour l'emploi qui peuvent servir de terrain d'essai à un nouveau modèle de partenariat élargi capable de mobiliser tout le tissu social d'un territoire dans la lutte contre le chômage, expérience qui devra inspirer la mise en oeuvre des futures politiques structurelles en la matière; estime également important de diffuser et de promouvoir les initiatives locales pour l'emploi;
