André Bachand moved, That Bill C-53, in Clause 43, be amended by replacing lines 31 to 45 on page 33 and lines 1 to 4 on page 34 with the following: “(5) For greater certainty, the names and concentrations of active ingredients, formulants and contaminants and the results of the tests to establish an active ingredient’s or product’s efficacy and harmlessness to humans, animals, plants and the environment are all deemed not to be confidential business information or confidential test data”.
