42 (1) Where a plant unit of line pipe is replaced with other pipe in the same location, a company shall debit to the appropriate plant account the cost of opening and back filling the trench together with the cost of hauling, laying and connecting the pipe, the cost of removing retired pipe from the trench and other costs of pipeline construction.
42 (1) Lorsqu’une unité d’installations de canalisation est remplacée par une autre canalisation au même endroit, la société doit porter au débit du compte d’installations approprié les frais d’excavation et de remblayage de la tranchée, ainsi que le coût du transport, de la pose et du raccordement de la canalisation, le coût de l’enlèvement de l’ancienne canalisation de la tranchée et les autres frais de construction de gazoduc.
