We ran into a very serious problem with the fact that we upgraded our communications software and found that half of our Windows 95 operating systems were what was called version A, which are not separately identified on the packaging of the software, and half were what was called version B. The differences do pop up on the opening screen, but the difficulty is that there's a different protocol for implementing software depending on which version of that operating system you're running.
