The Agency shall, on behalf of the Commission, transmit the notification to the designated national authority of the importing Party or the appropriate authority of the importing other country and take the measures necessary to ensure that they receive that notification no later than 15 days before the first intended export of the chemical and thereafter no later than 15 days before the first export in any subsequent calendar year.
L’Agence, au nom de la Commission, transmet la notification à l’autorité nationale désignée de la partie importatrice ou à l’autorité compétente de l’autre pays importateur et prend les mesures nécessaires pour faire en sorte qu’elles reçoivent cette notification quinze jours au plus tard avant la première exportation prévue du produit chimique et, par la suite, chaque année civile, quinze jours au plus tard avant la première exportation du produit.
