4. The arrangements for the sharing of spatial data sets and services provided for in paragraphs 1, 2 and 3 shall be open to public authorities referred to in point (9)(a) and (b) of Article 3 of other Member States and to the institutions and bodies of the Community, for the purposes of public tasks that may have an impact on the environment.
4. Les dispositions relatives au partage des séries et des services de données géographiques prévues aux paragraphes 1, 2 et 3 sont ouvertes aux autorités publiques visées à l'article 3, point 9, a) et b), des autres États membres, ainsi qu'aux institutions et aux organes de la Communauté, aux fins de l'exécution de tâches publiques pouvant avoir une incidence sur l'environnement.
