2. The Council of Members shall, at its annual session, make a detailed examination of the balances for olive products and an overall estimate of the supplies of and demand for olive oil, olive-pomace oil and table olives, on the basis of the information furnished by each Member under Article 36, of any information communicated to the International Olive Council by Governments of States not Parties to this Agreement, and of any other relevant statistical material available to the International Olive Council on the subject.
2. Lors de sa session annuelle, le Conseil des membres procède à un examen détaillé des bilans oléicoles et à une estimation globale des ressources et des besoins en huile d’olive, en huile de grignons d’olive et en olives de table, à partir des informations fournies par chaque membre conformément à l’article 36, de celles qui peuvent être communiquées au Conseil oléicole international par les gouvernements d’États non membres du présent accord et de toute autre documentation statistique pertinente dont celui-ci dispose en la matière.
