Whenever it is possible, in accordance with the mutual interest of the Parties and the objectives of the co-operation agreement, the FPA shall support measures aiming at promoting the creation of joint-ventures, transfer of know-how, transfer of technologies, investments and capacity management for the benefit of the fishing industry and in accordance with the objectives and guidelines of the co-operation partnership agreement between EC and the Third Country concerned.
Chaque fois que possible, conformément à l'intérêt mutuel des parties et aux objectifs de l'accord de coopération, l'APP soutiendra les mesures visant à promouvoir la création d'entreprises communes, le transfert de savoir-faire, de technologies, les investissements et la gestion des capacités, au bénéfice du secteur de la pêche et conformément aux objectifs et aux orientations de l'accord de partenariat en matière de coopération, conclu entre l'Union européenne et le pays tiers concerné.
