In order to adapt to corresponding developments in the Member States, the power to adopt acts in accordance with Article 290 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union should be delegated to the Commission in respect of amending, in accordance with the information communicated by Member States, the NUTS classification in Annex I, the list of existing administrative units in Annex II and the list of LAU in Annex III to Regulation (EC) No 1059/2003.
Afin d'adapter les typologies aux évolutions correspondantes dans les États membres, il convient de déléguer à la Commission le pouvoir d'adopter des actes conformément à l'article 290 du traité sur le fonctionnement de l'Union européenne en ce qui concerne la modification, conformément aux informations communiquées par les États membres, de la nomenclature NUTS figurant à l'annexe I, de la liste des unités administratives existantes figurant à l'annexe II et de la liste des UAL figurant à l'annexe III du règlement (CE) no 1059/2003.
