I mean the public who are either within the health system already, in terms of being what we would traditionally call patients, as well as other public interest groups that have an interest in health, and other health professionals—nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, LNAs—the people who are actually working in the system providing the front-line health care delivery.
