Mr. Nicholson: I think the Chief Electoral Officer will confirm, when he appears before you, that, in terms of locating space and actually setting up the apparatus for an election, this actually would make it easier for him, rather than having to be in constant readiness for two years, really on a moment's notice, to have to set up and get office space.
