Notes, however, that a number of agencies still experience difficulties with the implementation of their independence policies, especially with regard to staffing of expert groups and scientific panels and committees; recommends to the agencies to address this issue together with the Commission, taking into account also the recommendations raised by the European Ombudsman´s own initiative inquiry (OI/6/2014/NF) opened on 12 May 2014, outlined in the letter to the Commission concerning the composition of the Commission´s expert groups;
39. relève toutefois que certaines agences rencontrent toujours des difficultés dans la mise en œuvre de leurs politiques d'indépendance, notamment en ce qui concerne le recrutement de groupes d'experts et de groupes ou comités scientifiques; recommande aux agences de se pencher sur cette question avec la Commission, en tenant compte également des recommandations auxquelles ont donné lieu l'enquête d'initiative ouverte le 12 mai 2014 par le Médiateur européen (OI/6/2014/NF) et esquissées dans la lettre à la Commission sur les groupes d'experts de la Commission;
