For instance, it was interesting to note that Dr. Lalonde, in his brief, made no reference to the current new model for primary care that was recommended in our report, as well as in the Romanow report and the Clair report — it was recommended everywhere — that is, the new multidisciplinary teams for primary care, which are now being set up here in Quebec, in Ontario, in British Columbia and nearly everywhere, and in which all governments have made substantial investments.
