For the purposes of this assessment the independent valuer should notify the appointing authority, or such other authority as may be empowered to conduct this task in the Member State concerned, of any actual or potential interest which the person considers may, in the assessment of that authority, be considered to amount to a material interest and provide any information as may be reasonably requested by the authority to inform this assessment.
Aux fins de cette évaluation, l'évaluateur indépendant devrait notifier à l'autorité investie du pouvoir de nomination, ou à toute autre autorité pouvant être habilitée à exercer cette tâche dans l'État membre concerné, tout intérêt réel ou potentiel qu'il estime susceptible d'être considéré, dans le cadre de l'évaluation conduite par cette autorité, comme un intérêt significatif et fournir toute information pouvant être raisonnablement demandée par ladite autorité pour éclairer cette évaluation.
