On the basis of an approach proposed by the Presidency, the Council took the view that migration experts ought to be sent to Pristina where an EU representation is already in place and that financial support by the EC, notably ECHO, and by Member States bilaterally was extremely important, especially at the onset of winter.
Sur la base d'une approche proposée par la présidence, le Conseil a estimé qu'il faudrait dépêcher des experts en matière de migration à Pristina, où se trouve déjà une représentation de l'Union européenne, et que le soutien financier de la Communauté, par le biais notamment d'ECHO, ainsi que l'aide accordée par les Etats membres au niveau bilatéral, étaient particulièrement importants, en particulier en prévision de l'hiver.
