I cannot speculate as to what that would be, but I could envision, where a group of judges retained an insurance expert to make a representation, that the costs of the insurance expert - and I cannot speak definitively on this - as well as the costs of that judge coming to Ottawa to make his submission to the commission would be the cost that would then be taxed on the solicitor-client basis.
