While preserving the conduciveness of joint actions to establishing informal contacts, it seems important to focus on formalising networks at Community level and establishing coherency between the official information circuits and the ways information is exchanged within the networks at national level.
Tout en préservant la capacité des actions conjointes à favoriser les contacts informels, il paraît important, au niveau communautaire, d'une part, de privilégier la formalisation des réseaux, et au niveau national, d'autre part, de mettre en cohérence les circuits officiels et les modalités de partage d'information au sein de ces réseaux.
