If listing fees are indeed raised to such a point that it becomes unprofitable for the manufacturer to provide the product and to stock it and put it on the shelf, how is it possible to have negotiations with people who simply can't afford to put their product and pay the freight and pay the rent, or pay up the payola?
Si les ristournes d'étalage qu'on exige du fabricant augmentent à un point tel qu'il devient non rentable pour lui de fournir ses produits, de les entreposer et de les placer sur les tablettes des magasins, comment peut-on encore parler de négociations quand on a affaire à des gens qui ne peuvent tout simplement pas se permettre d'offrir leurs produits et d'en payer le transport et l'entreposage, encore moins de verser des pots-de-vin?
