For the purpose of this Regulation, hand pallet trucks shall be trucks with wheels supporting lifting fork arms for handling pallets, designed to be manually pushed, pulled and steered, on smooth, level, hard surfaces, by a pedestrian operator using an articulated tiller.
Aux fins du présent règlement, il y a lieu d’entendre par “transpalettes à main”, les chariots à roues supportant des bras de fourche mobiles destinés à la manutention de palettes, conçus pour être poussés, tirés et guidés manuellement sur des surfaces régulières, planes et dures, par un opérateur piéton utilisant un timon articulé.
