39. “Herring Neck, Too Good Arm, Pike’s Arm and Cobb’s Arm Area” means the waters of the Province adjacent to that part of the coast in the vicinity of Herring Neck, Too Good Arm, Pike’s Arm and Cobb’s Arm in the district of Twillingate from Partridge Point, New World Island on the east to Pig’s Head, Salt Harbour Island on the west, both points inclusive, together with all islands adjacent to that part of the coast, including Jack’s Island, Duck Island, Bacalhao Island, Berry Island and Ship Island.
39. Le « secteur de Herring Neck, Too Good Arm, Pike’s Arm et Cobb’s Arm » désigne les eaux de la province adjacentes à la partie de la côte située près de Herring Neck, Too Good Arm, Pike’s Arm et Cobb’s Arm, dans le district de Twillingate, à partir de la pointe Partridge de l’île New World, à l’est, jusqu’au cap Pig de l’île Salt Harbour, à l’ouest, y compris ces deux endroits et toutes les îles adjacentes à cette partie de la côte comme l’île Jack, l’île Duck, l’île Bacalhao, l’île Berry et l’île Ship.
