However, in view of the existing concern about the use of polysorbates, of the ruling of the Court of Justice of 20 March 2003, on the maximum doses of nitrites and nitrates, and the declaration of the Scientific Committee on Food of 4 April 2003, on derivatives of parahydroxybenzoic acid, two new paragraphs for Article 2 are being presented by means of Amendment No 21.
Cependant, dans l’optique de la préoccupation actuelle quant à l’utilisation des polysorbates, de l’arrêt de la Cour de justice du 20 mars 2003 sur les doses maximales de nitrites et nitrates, et de la déclaration du comité scientifique de l’alimentation humaine du 4 avril 2003 sur les dérivés de l’acide parahydroxybenzoïque, l’amendement 21 insère deux nouveaux paragraphes à l’article 2.
