10. Notes, in relation to the renovation of the Montoyer entrance hall, that the EESC Internal Auditor concluded in its report that "he did not find elements that would suggest the settlement of the penalties for late delivery for the Montoyer hall renovation was not defendable"; points out that this report was sent to OLAF and that this has not resulted in any follow-up of which the EESC or the CoR is aware;
10. observe, en ce qui concerne la rénovation du hall d'entrée du bâtiment "Montoyer", que l'auditeur interne du CESE a conclu dans son rapport qu'il n'avait pas trouvé d'éléments donnant à penser qu'il serait indéfendable de réclamer les pénalités pour prestation tardive de la rénovation du hall du bâtiment "Montoyer"; souligne que ce rapport a été envoyé à l'Office européen de la lutte antifraude (OLAF) et que, à la connaissance du CESE ou du Comité des régions, aucune suite n'y a été donnée;
