In setting the fines, the Commission took into account the sales of the participating entities in the markets concerned in the last year prior to the end of the cartel, the fact that price coordination arrangements are amongst the most harmful restrictions of competition, the duration of the cartel and an additional amount to deter undertakings from entering into price coordination practices.
Pour fixer le montant des amendes, la Commission a pris en compte les ventes des entités participantes sur les marchés en cause au cours de l’année précédant la fin de l’entente, le fait que les accords relatifs à la coordination des prix comptent parmi les restrictions de concurrence les plus graves, la durée de l’entente et un montant additionnel pour dissuader les entreprises de participer à des pratiques de coordination des prix.
