I've heard all kinds of things about the sense that there are inspectors out there who still don't really understand what CVS is about, in the sense that they're part-way trained, maybe trained, somewhat trained, fully trained.So when we look at slaughterhouses and RTE places, are we absolutely assured that, in your mind, all of our inspectors are actually CVS compliant, in the sense that they know what the system is, understand the system, and can actually monitor what they're supposed to be monitoring because someone else is actually doing the work?
