Although Italy has partially complied with the judgement by passing framework legislation, it has still to adopt several decrees in order to fully implement the Directive in relation to the acceptability criteria and quality control for radiological and nuclear medical installations and the training of doctors and qualified experts in radiophysics.
Bien que l'Italie ait partiellement exécuté l'arrêt en votant une loi-cadre, elle doit toujours adopter plusieurs décrets afin d'appliquer complètement la Directive en ce qui concerne les critères d'acceptabilité et le contrôle de qualité pour les installations médicales radiologiques et nucléaires et la formation des docteurs et des experts en radiophysique.
