Whereas provision must be made to ensure uniform application of the nomenclature of the Common Customs Tariff with a view to classification of products obtained by grinding or milling and then, where appropriate, by agglomeration (in pellets) or whole maize (cobs, grain, stalks and leaves), containing about 30 % starch by weight (in the dry matter), 6 % protein and 19 % raw cellulose;
considérant que des dispositions sont nécessaires pour assurer l'application uniforme de la nomenclature du tarif douanier commun en vue de la classification des produits obtenus par broyage ou mouture, puis éventuellement agglomération (en «pellets») de maïs entier (rafles, grains, tiges et feuilles), contenant notamment en poids environ 30 % d'amidon (sur matière sèche), 6 % de protéines et 19 % de cellulose brute;
