The Chairs were mandated to write a letter to the President of COREPER stating that, should the Council transmit formally to the Parliament its position in the form as it stands in the annex of the letter, they would, in their capacity as Chair of the Committee, recommend to the Plenary that the Council's position be accepted without amendment, subject to legal-linguistic verification, at Parliament's second reading.
Les présidents ont été chargés d'écrire une lettre au président du Coreper indiquant que dans le cas où le Conseil transmettrait formellement sa position au Parlement dans les termes qui figurent à l'annexe de la lettre, ils recommanderaient à la plénière, en leur qualité de président de commission, que la position du Conseil soit approuvée en deuxième lecture sans amendement, sous réserve de la vérification du texte par les juristes-linguistes.
