At that meeting, an examination of the proposal for a directive of the European Parliament and of the Council codifying Council Directive 86/298/EEC of 26 May 1986 on rear-mounted roll-over protection structures of narrow-track wheeled agricultural and forestry tractors resulted in the Consultative Working Party’s concluding, without dissent, that the proposal is a straightforward codification of existing texts, without any change in their substance.
Lors de l'examen de la proposition de directive du Parlement européen et du Conseil visant à codifier la directive 86/298/CEE du Conseil du 26 mai 1986 relative aux dispositifs de protection, montés à l'arrière, en cas de renversement des tracteurs agricoles et forestiers à roues, à voie étroite, le groupe consultatif a constaté, d'un commun accord, que cette proposition constituait bien une codification pure et simple de textes existants, sans aucune modification de fond.
