Following the liberalisation of the postal sector, the discrimination that has always existed between registered post and delivery by courier services should be removed, as in both instances a slip is issued when items are deposited which can serve as proof of the date of dispatch of tenders.
Suite à la libéralisation du secteur des postes, il convient de supprimer la discrimination historique entre envois par recommandé et envois par messagerie, les deux donnant lieu à la remise d'un récépissé de dépôt pouvant faire foi quant à la date d'envoi des offres.
