4 (1) Every operator of an egg grading station who buys eggs from a producer shall deduct from the moneys payable to the producer for the eggs all levies payable by the producer to the Commodity Board under section 3 and shall pay such levies to the Commodity Board at its office, 5799 Yonge Street, Willowdale, Ontario, not later than 10 days from the last day of the week in which the eggs were bought.
4 (1) Tout exploitant d’un poste de classification des oeufs qui achète des oeufs à un producteur doit retenir sur le prix d’achat les contributions dues par ce dernier à l’Office de commercialisation en vertu de l’article 3 et transmettre celles-ci à l’Office de commercialisation à ses bureaux situés au 5799, rue Yonge, Willowdale (Ontario) dans un délai de 10 jours à compter du dernier jour de la semaine où il a acheté les oeufs.
