(a) if, on subsequently ceasing to be a member of the regular force, he or she is not entitled under this Act to any benefit other than a return of contributions, the amount so returned shall not include any amount paid into the Superannuation Account or the Canadian Forces Pension Fund to his or her credit at any time before the time of re-enrollment in the regular force, and whatever right or claim that, but for this subsection, he or she would have had to the original annuity on subsequently ceasing to be a member of the regular force shall be restored to him or her; and
a) si cette personne, dès qu’elle cesse par la suite d’être membre de la force régulière, n’a pas droit, sous le régime de la présente loi, à d’autre prestation qu’un remboursement de contributions, le montant ainsi remboursé ne doit comprendre aucun montant versé au compte de pension de retraite ou à la Caisse de retraite des Forces canadiennes à son crédit en tout temps avant son nouvel enrôlement dans la force régulière, et tout droit ou titre qu’elle aurait eu, sans le présent paragraphe, à l’égard de l’annuité originaire dès qu’elle cesse par la suite d’être membre de la force régulière, lui est alors rendu;
