...[+++]indirectly in the port activities of shipping, navigation and the handling and storage of goods as well as activities necessary to support port operations and a port authority may, in particular, by itself, or with other bodies, construct, maintain and operate highways, railways, ships, factories and equipment and may generally undertake activities and exercise the powers it considers necessary for the effective administration, management and control of the port, the works and other properties placed under its authority'.
Motion no 37 Que le projet de loi C-44, à l'article 14, soit modifié par substitution, à la ligne 5, page 13, de ce qui suit : «d'utilisateur individuel, à un tel contrat et refuse de se conformer à un code de déontologie approuvé par le ministre».
