This could be achieved by producing and making available not only traditional written material but also an increasing number of CD-ROMs, films, videos and websites or by promoting or arranging exchanges of experienced staff between civil society organisations in order to support the implementation of new solutions or practices that have proven to be effective in another context.
Ceci pourrait être réalisé en produisant et en mettant à disposition non seulement le matériel écrit traditionnel mais aussi un nombre croissant de CD-ROM, films, vidéos et sites internet ou en encourageant ou en arrangeant des échanges entre les personnels expérimentés des organisations de la société civile afin de soutenir la mise en œuvre de nouvelles solutions ou pratiques ayant démontré leur efficacité dans un autre contexte.
