There are research sites in both the short and tall grass prairie region; the parkland region, which is aspen grassland type of space; and, in the boreal transition zone in Alberta, where we are looking at agroforestry plantations, annual cropping and wetlands all meeting in the same landscape.
Il y a des sites de recherche dans la région des Prairies basses et des hautes herbes; dans la région de terres à parc, c'est-à-dire la région des parcs-forêts à trembles; et dans la zone de transition à la forêt boréale en Alberta, où nous examinons les plantations agroforestières, l'assolement annuel et les terres humides, le tout se retrouvant dans la même région.
