((a) produce an agreement with the organisation responsible in the Member State concerned for the voluntary service scheme/project in which he/she is participating which specifies the name, purpose and start and end date of the voluntary service project, the volunteer’s tasks, the conditions in which he/she is supervised in the performance of those tasks, his/her working hours, the resources available to cover his travel, subsistence, accommodation costs and pocket money throughout his/her stay and, if appropriate, the training he will receive to help him/her perform his/her service;
(a) produire une convention avec l'organisation chargée dans l'État membre concerné du programme/projet de volontariat auquel il participe et précisant le titre et le but du projet de volontariat, ses dates de début et de fin, ses tâches, les conditions d'encadrement dont il bénéficiera dans l'accomplissement de celles-ci, son horaire de travail, les ressources disponibles pour couvrir ses frais de voyage, de subsistance et de logement, et son argent de poche durant toute la durée du séjour ainsi que, le cas échéant, la formation qui lui sera dispensée pour l'aider à accomplir ses tâches;
