endorses close alignment of planning (including sustainable spatial planning) with manufacturing and distribution, with due respect for existing national planning systems, in order to promote low carbon development, sustainable production, resource efficiency and renewable energy, and in this way create green jobs and promote sustainable growth, while reducing impacts on the environment and public health;
souscrit, dans le respect des systèmes nationaux existants de planification (y compris une planification du territoire durable), à une articulation étroite entre la planification, la production et la distribution pour promouvoir un développement à faible intensité de carbone, une production durable, une utilisation efficace des ressources et les énergies renouvelables et créer ainsi des emplois verts et favoriser une croissance durable, tout en réduisant les répercussions sur l'environnement et la santé publique;
