If someone were to twist the question and ask us if it's worthwhile keeping the assets when about 50% of employment and training initiatives yield a negative result, I would quickly remind them that each negative result is only one extra step towards employment and that we are not Canada's aboriginal placement agency going only for the quick wins, but rather we are the driving force behind the empowerment of countless individuals within a global first nations society.

Si on déformait la question et qu'on nous demandait s'il est rentable de conserver les acquis lorsque 50 % des initiatives en matière d'emploi et de formation produisent un résultat négatif, je répondrais sur-le-champ que chaque résultat négatif représente simplement une étape supplémentaire vers l'emploi et que nous ne sommes pas l'agence de placement autochtone du Canada qui cherche seulement à obtenir des résultats rapides, mais que nous favorisons l'autonomisation d'innombrables personnes au sein d'une société qui englobe les Premières Nations.
