Because it is in a low earth orbit satellite, because it is a sun-synchronous satellite, so it is not in exactly an polar orbit, you can see almost the entire globe except for the very region near the poles. It will depend upon whether you want your sensor to look at the left or the right of its track.

Comme il s'agit d'un satellite d'orbite basse terrestre, un satellite héliosynchrone, et donc pas exactement en orbite polaire, il vous permet de voir presque tout le globe, sauf les régions qui se trouvent tout près des pôles, selon que votre capteur regarde à gauche ou à droite de sa trajectoire.
