Expanding and consolidating training in companies, especially small and medium-sized ones, making innovative use of new technological applications, while at the same time surmounting obstacles to labour market access by providing training opportunities and creating systems and support mechanisms, both within companies and outside them, thereby making it easier for people to get a job.
Diffusion et consolidation d'une culture de formation en entreprise, notamment dans les PME, par l'exploitation de nouvelles applications technologiques et, parallèlement, levée des obstacles à l'accès au marché du travail, par l'ouverture de perspectives de formation et la création de systèmes et de mécanismes de soutien, au sein et hors des entreprises, en vue de faciliter l'insertion professionnelle.
