21. prie une nouvelle fois instamment la Commission de présenter dans les meilleurs délais une proposition législative qui impose d'ajouter à la notice d'un médicament une fiche récapitulative, qui présente des informations sous une forme lisible, bien visible et distincte du reste du texte de la notice et décrive de manière succincte les données relatives au médicament nécessaires au patient pour comprendre l'utilité et, le cas échéant, les risques du médicament et pour utiliser celui-ci de manière correcte et sûre, dont notamment des conseils pour une utilisation correcte et adéquate des antibiotiques;
