Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, if the relevance of the market information is limited for liquidity or other reasons, or if the transaction is small (credit value below Special Drawing Rights (SDR) 10 million), the Participants shall charge no less than the MPR corresponding to the appropriate buyer risk category in Country Risk Category 1.
Sans préjudice des dispositions du tiret qui précède, si la pertinence des informations du marché est limitée pour des raisons de liquidité ou autres, ou s'il s'agit d'une transaction de faible montant [moins de 10 millions de droits de tirage spéciaux (DTS)], les Participants n'appliquent pas de taux de prime inférieurs au TPM correspondant à la catégorie appropriée de risque acheteur dans la catégorie 1 de risque pays.
