Those criteria shall cover, inter alia, the impact of the exercise of the right of access on the profitability of any services comprised in the public service contract, including the resulting impacts on the net cost to the competent public authority that awarded the contract, passenger demand, ticket pricing, ticketing arrangements, the location and number of stops and timing and the frequency of the proposed new service, and shall be established by the regulatory body referred to in Article 55 in compliance with the measures provided for in paragraph 4 of this Article.
Ces critères couvrent, notamment, les répercussions de l'exercice du droit d'accès sur la rentabilité des services qui sont inclus dans le contrat de service public, y compris les répercussions sur le coût net pour l'autorité publique compétente qui a attribué le contrat, la demande émanant des voyageurs, la fixation du prix des billets, les accords en matière de billetterie, la localisation et le nombre d'arrêts ainsi que l'horaire et la fréquence du nouveau service proposé, qui sont établis par l'autorité de réglementation visée à l'article 55 en conformité avec les mesures prévues au paragraphe 4 du présent article.
