It notes that during the discussions on the current Commission report the Court, on the one hand, specified that it attached the utmost importance to this report which it undertook to examine in detail and, on the other, felt that certain replies from the Member States did not supply the additional information enabling it to review its initial comments which it consequently maintained.
Il note que, lors des discussions relatives au présent rapport de la Commission, la Cour a, d'une part, spécifié qu'elle attache la plus grande importance à ce rapport sur lequel elle s'engage à réaliser un suivi approfondi et, d'autre part, estimé que certaines réponses des États membres n'ont pas apporté des éléments complémentaires d'information lui permettant de réviser ses observations initiales qu'elle maintient de ce fait.
